2) ACH TRANSFER (Deposit to Other Bank)
– Higher One sends the refund to your own checking
account. Deposit into your own bank takes up to 3 business days. TC OneCard will be your student ID only, not a debit card, with this option.
a) The ACH Transfer form, which asks for your banking information, will need to be submitted to Higher One in order for them to know where to send your refund. This form can be faxed, mailed or placed in the Communication Box located in Arnold Student Union. Temple College will retrieve any documents from the Communication Box and mail them at no expense to the student. No postage required.
Refund option can be changed from one preference to the other preference. No fees apply.
Failure to activate your TC OneCard could cause a delay in receiving your refund.
